Performances and Characteristics of Filter Press

Part 1 Frame

It consists of follower, feedhead plate, cylinder, and girder, the supporting structure of the feedhead plate and of the cylinder, which has the following characteristics.

1. The follower, the feedhead plate, cylinder, the supporting structure of the feedhead plate and of the cylinder are all made of Q235B steel plate by welding. Compare with the founding structure, it has better unitary performance, can sustain higher pressure and resist bigger impact.

2. The girder is designed as complex girder of H shape steel (material: steel of 16Mn) or Q235-A or Q235-B. As to the material, the mechanical performance of 16Mn steel is far better than carbon steel Q235-A.

Part 2. The filtering section

These sections are made up of filter plate, filter cloth, tap and handles and so on.

1.For the filter plates, we adapt the most advanced comprehensive designs from overseas in many aspects such as filtering points, stay bosses distribution, discharge passage and the discharge port angle, etc.

2.The welded PP membrane plate(produced through thermal sealing, also called thermal sealing PP membrane plate) is made with reinforced virgin polypropyleneIts performances.

3.We have a professional lab for testing the performances of the plates.

4.The filter cloths we use are all produced by famous Chinese manufacturers. And we have professional workshops to process different filter cloth for different industries and filter press models. The selection of filter cloth is the most critical in the selection of filter press.

Part 3 The transmission section

This section is made up of plate shifter, chain wheel, chain, chain slot, some shields and some other accessories.This device can not only save the plate
shifting time, but also improve the reliability and stability.

Part 4. The hydraulic system

This section has pump station, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and all kinds of pressure gauges.

Part 5. The control system

1.We purchased PLC automatic control system from Siemens and Omron.

2.This system adapts unfixed program control, reliable and user-friendly. The operator can open and switch it off anytime. And it can alarm automatically and display the filtration process, easy for the operators to operate and repair.

3.The electric cabinet for PLC is also made by our own, with good form and user-friendly.
